Just a couple more hours till we go live with master printer Thomas. He'll show us in detail how Roby Dwi Antono's latest print edition gets created. Thomas will explain what screen printing is, why we use it over a purely digital process and how we've used it for this collaboration.

On June 13 we're holding a very special livestream here on the Collective with our printer in London — Make-Ready. For those not yet familiar, Make-Ready is an absolute top notch printing studio specialising in silkscreen. Not that silkscreen is all they do because the team is always down for any challenge and brilliant at turning the innovate ideas of our artists into reality!

The studio is currently working at full force to create our latest collaboration with Roby Dwi Antono. Four new 24 layer silkscreen prints made with ultra violet curable inks; Bulan, Clara, Kinasih, and Okta. During the livestream you'll be able to see how Bulan gets made while Make-Ready's own Thomas explains exactly how the process works. During the livestream a draw will open so you'll be able to enter for a shot at winning a production proof of Bulan.
